Lynn Isaak, P.E., PMP, MBA
We are thrilled to welcome Lynn to the Au+ “golden” team! Lynn brings over 32 years of diverse transportation experience, making her a powerhouse in project and program management. Her extensive background, developed through hands-on construction oversight in both Florida and Texas, has equipped her with the expertise to lead teams, manage complex transportation projects, and deliver exceptional results.
Lynn is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Georgia, Florida, and Texas, and holds a PMP certification, highlighting her technical and project management proficiency. She also has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida and recently earned her MBA from the University of Florida in 2022.
Before joining Au+, she founded the Project and Portfolio Management team at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), providing the tools and guidance needed for successful project execution. Lynn played a pivotal role in the delivery of dozens of roadway and interstate projects across Texas and Florida. Her leadership in building new service lines, recruiting top talent, and growing client diversification is a testament to her dynamic approach to engineering and management.
A passionate advocate for mentorship, Lynn led the Mentoring Committee for the WTS Heart of Texas Chapter in 2023 and spearheaded the Women Leadership Program’s mentoring efforts at TxDOT in 2022. Her commitment to nurturing the next generation of engineers is an invaluable asset to our golden team.
We are excited about the wealth of knowledge, positivity, and leadership that Lynn brings to Au+, joining us as a key partner in our executive leadership team. Her role will be instrumental in driving geographic growth, expanding service lines, hiring top talent, and further developing Au+’s technical ‘gold standard.’ We are confident that Lynn will not only make a significant impact on our current projects and team but also enhance our project management procedures as we continue to grow.
